Four fields, a visit with a tape measure, and an itemised written scope with a real number on it. There is no showroom to visit, no deposit before a signed contract, and nothing committed until you say so.

  • Free measured visit
  • Written and itemised
  • No obligation
  • South Orange County

What happens after you send it

Somebody reads it, gets in touch to arrange a time, and comes to the property. The visit measures every wall at three heights, checks for plumb and square, locates the studs and records where the plumbing and circuits surface. That is what turns a published cost band into a number for your actual room, and it is why nobody can do better than a band over the phone.

What comes back is a plan and elevations with real dimensions, plus a written scope naming the box material cabinet by cabinet with the sink base called out separately, the door style and overlay, the drawer count with the slide specification, the hardware and the finish system. Those four lines decide most of the price, so they get their own lines.

Before the visit, if you have five minutes

  • Measure the widest filler strip in the kitchen, because under two inches means catalogue sizes fit your walls
  • Empty the sink base and press the deck at the front edge under the tap, which decides between refacing and replacing
  • Count how many base cabinets are doors rather than drawers
  • Note the gap between the top of the wall cabinets and the ceiling
  • Have the appliance model numbers to hand if you have chosen them, because openings are cut to the appliance
  • If you are in an association, check its rules on work hours, access and waste

None of that is required. All of it makes the visit more useful, and the first two between them usually settle which service you actually need, which is covered in the three-way comparison.

Your protections, which are set by statute

California requires a written, signed contract before work starts on anything over $500, and it requires changes to be written and signed too. The deposit is capped at $1,000 or ten percent of the contract, whichever is less. Because the contract is signed at your kitchen table rather than at a contractor’s place of business, a three business day right to cancel applies, and five business days for a senior citizen. The detail is in the permit and licensing guide.

Why there is no phone number here

Because a number nobody answers is worse than none. Every enquiry goes through this form, reaches a person and produces a visit. When there is a number worth publishing, it will appear here, in the footer and in the site’s structured data at the same time.

Where we work

San Clemente, California first, then Dana Point, Capistrano Beach, San Juan Capistrano and Laguna Niguel, plus the Talega, Forster Ranch, Rancho San Clemente, Marblehead and Pier Bowl neighbourhoods of San Clemente itself. Full detail on the service area page. If you are just outside it, ask anyway.
