Privacy Policy
What this site collects, which is very little, what happens to it, and what it does not do. Written to be read rather than to be scrolled past.
Last updated 30 September 2026.
The short version
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the quote form. It is used to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange a visit, and for nothing else. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics scripts on this site.
What the form collects
Four fields: your name, a phone number, the property location, and a description of what you need. That is what is required to call you back and turn up at the right address with the right expectations. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
How it is transmitted
The form posts to a third-party form-handling service, which relays the submission to the email address San Clemente Cabinet Pros uses for enquiries. That service processes the submission in order to deliver it and is subject to its own privacy terms. We do not operate a database of enquiries beyond the resulting email correspondence.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the enquiry and any resulting work, and then deleted. If you would like your enquiry and the correspondence around it deleted sooner, ask in a reply to it and it will be.
What this site does not do
It does not set tracking or advertising cookies. It does not run analytics. It does not sell, rent or share enquiry information with anybody for marketing purposes. It does not send marketing email, and there is no mailing list to be added to. It does not attempt to identify visitors who do not contact us.
Third-party content
Two things on this site are served by third parties. The map embed on the homepage, the service area page and the contact page is a Google Maps iframe, and Google may set its own cookies and collect its own data when that iframe loads, subject to Google’s privacy terms. The web fonts are served by the hosting provider from this site’s own domain rather than from a font provider, so no request is made to a third-party font service.
Pages on this site link out to sources: city, state and federal websites, published code and rule documents, and published cost data. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices, over which we have no control.
Hosting and server logs
This site is a static site served by a commercial hosting provider. Like any web server, the host keeps technical request logs, which typically include IP address, timestamp, requested path and browser user agent, for operational and security purposes. Those logs are the host’s, are not used by us for marketing or profiling, and are not combined with enquiry information.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. The quote form is intended for property owners and their representatives.
Your rights under California law
California residents have rights over personal information held about them, including the right to know what is held, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Given that the only personal information here is what you sent us in an enquiry, exercising them is straightforward: reply to the correspondence, or use the contact form, and say what you want done.
There is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of, because none takes place.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
Who to contact
Use the contact form. There is deliberately no telephone number published on this site, for the reason explained on the about page: a number nobody answers is worse than none.
